These are again good for fishing but primarily suited for anglers. They are made up of two inflatable pontoons with a seat in between them. The smaller versions can only carry a single person but larger ones are available. Some require the occupant to have their feet in the water whereas others do not. These boats are surprisingly stable as well which is worth mentioning as there is a misconception that they can be unstable but it is just that a misconception. I have a lot of experience with them but I have never capsized.

Inflatable Kayaks

These are very similar to inflatable canoes and as such are also highly suited to fishing in lakes and streams. They can generally only hold a single fisherman but have the added advantage that some can be taken into rapids, just don't expect to find many fish there.

So in conclusion inflatable boat hire can be the perfect solution for those that want to do a little bit of fishing without making a big investment. They are also very positively comparable to more traditional fishing boats. Some people including myself actually find that their increased manoeuvrability in fact make them better than traditional fishing boats. They also may be ideal if you don't even plan on going fishing. Though the above three types of inflatable boat rental are primarily used and therefore marketed towards fisherman they can also prove to be the perfect way to spend a day leisurely drinking cans on a lake in the sunshine.
